John Wookey, who spent over a decade at Oracle as one of its top executives has reportedly joined SAP on 11th November 2008.
As Executive Vice President Large Enterprise On Demand, John will be tasked with organizing SAP’s On Demand product roadmap under a single strategy solely for large enterprise customers.
“I’m extremely pleased to welcome John Wookey to SAP. The industry has always respected John’s vision and ability, and SAP has always enjoyed the trust of our customers to bring them our best expertise to help solve their business problems. Bringing John into SAP is proof that SAP continues to boost its ranks with top-talent for the benefit of our customers,” said SAP Executive Board member, Jim Hagemann Snabe.
“As EVP, On Demand Large Enterprise, John brings his breadth and depth of experience to an area that is important to SAP’s continued success. John’s charter is to organize SAP’s On Demand product roadmap solely for large enterprise customers under a single strategy. John inherits several large enterprise On Demand solution offerings including CRM On Demand, E-Sourcing On Demand and BPO service offerings in HCM delivered by ADP. Individually these On Demand solutions achieved notable success in their own rite. It is our aim to unite these offerings under a singular strategy for increased innovation and enhancement under John’s leadership,” he added. |
